I was able to secure a new remote since ours was not communicating with the TV. It was not need of batteries, it was a faulty remote.

A rep greeted me as soon as I entered the store. She was friendly and helped with my request. Returned damaged wifi modem, picked up a replacement and was on my way in less than 15 minutes.

They was okay service was great and fast did not qualify for a phone which was bummer!!!! But over all great service
