“I migrated from metro pcs to T-Mobile, I went in and Joseph was absolutely Phenomenal and Amazing! First of all the agent messed up my account so bad that I was so frustrated. Joseph really had to go in and correct what Metro Pcs had messed up. He was so cool calm and was professional throughout this transaction. I was in the store for a little more than an hour and he remained confident in fixing my order. I ended up getting 2phones and a Tablet.
