A rep greeted me as soon as I entered the store. She was friendly and helped with my request. Returned damaged wifi modem, picked up a replacement and was on my way in less than 15 minutes.

I visited the store today to change out my router. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with 5 beautiful smiling faces saying "hello". I was immediately addressed by a young lady named Cree...(I hope that I spelled it right :-) ) She escorted me to her station and jumped right into what I was there for. I was in and out in roughly 10 mins. Great customer service! ! I can't speak on other locations or other folks experiences but mine experience was great. Keep up the good work!!

Comcast took $500 out my account n told me to wait til dey put it back. It's Sunday n I gotta wait til Monday til I get my money back. Thanks alot, Comcast. This is actually theft

What kind of business doesn’t have a phone that anybody can reach the store they’re trash nobody’s helpful. They make the customer call their own company. If I could make it a zero I would.

My review is based on the poor customer service my family member received. After Xfinity customer service couldn’t help over the phone I took my family member to this store location to get assistance. She’s an elderly woman. One of the employees got smart and threatened her while I wasn’t present. When I came in the store to see what was taking so long and asked if there was someone that could help she walked off to avoid speaking to me. I appreciate the one employee with red hair that answered my questions and gave me guidance on how to help to possibly resolve the issue. But was highly disappointed in the overall service. A customer shoukdnt have to wait 2 weeks for an update on an error Xfinity caused and then be told their services may be disconnected so the issue.
Instead of a present employee talking to my family member they placed her on a virtual call with someone not in the store who wasn’t of much help. This experience made us want to cancel services.

If zero was a star I would give. Cashier 07V Camp Creek East Point Ga . The representative needs further training. Streaming was set up and working just fine for my elderly dad. Instructions via phone agent cable box needed to be returned. Unfortunately agent 07V literally canceled all services without mentioning she made a mistake. After being on the phone with Xfinity for an hour they realized she had deleted and and new service with the assistance of a supervisor. This is unacceptable we must do better. No name tags visible.
6 hrs later my dad's streaming is not working. This automated reply is a joke.

The wait is too long. Thru should have 2 folks dedicated to equipment returns. It's shouldn't take 45 minutes waiting to find out the store can't help me.

I went to this location to confirm the promotion sold to me via xfinity chat was legitimate. I spoke to someone and I'm not sure he gave me his real name ( Philip/ Jashaya). He had an attitude. After leaving, I receive an automated voice mail saying my xfinity promotion is being removed. Now I have a new bill at full price. Going back in to speak to someone else. I'll update review with what happens.

I was basically lied to on the phone by Xfinity about receiving my refund of $400 back for overpayment. I was told to go to the store in Camp Creek Parkway and I will be able to receive my money. The store even admitted that I was lied to over the phone, so I’m not very happy with Xfinity right now.

From a couple weeks ago:
It is apparently more important for workers to have the freedom to wear mismatched sloppy jeans and t-shirts, wear Mothra size fake lashes, hair styles that looked like burnt crispy noodles and wear gross looking face piercings.... than be required to provide 1st in class customer service. Some dingbat even taught them to shout a greeting across the store at every person that comes in so that was disruptive and as disturbing as their appearance. The agent I had didn't know how to properly ask for "account address" vs. "service address" so we got off to a bumpy start when she pulled up the wrong one. I couldn't understand "ideah license" when she asked for (translation) MY ID OR DRIVER'S LICENSE... so she complained that I needed to better inderstand her accent because she's from Louisiana. I'm sorry.... didn't know it was a customer requirement for ME to understand THE AGENT'S accent. .. silly me. 🤷🏽♀️ When we asked about being able to see the channel line up on the website she suggested her response was "YES... if you can read." Wow. She was training someone this whole time too.
With this kind of service at the store... no wonder Xfinity has techs like the one that walked off the job during an installation at my Mom's... which is the reason we were there in the 1st place. 20th century "Malcom Baldrige" level high quality datacom customer service is gone. Luckily a store manager, Davina, called over to help us, knew how to treat customers and apparently needs to replace their current service training manager.
Weeks later, somewhere else in Smyrna at an unrelated store.....when I was overheard talking about a "ghetto Xfinity store" ... the agents there quickly asked where... Camp Creek? So the impression was not just held by me. Sad.
