It was an absolute nightmare trying to cancel service. The company refused to cancel service for a week, and tacked on services to the last bill to avoid issuing a full refund. There's much faster internet in the area for the same price. Avoid!!

NO THANX Xfinity can not be trusted they lie to you double charge ya and no phone number they give is in the USA and the idiots in India can not do anything but SALES this has to be th worst company I have ever dealt with

We were there yesterday around 4:00 pm. One other person being served. Poor service, poor attitude, simply didn't seem to care if we came or went. We went instead to the Xfinity store on Roswell in East Cobb where we received excellent, professional service. Don't come here.

After a week of back & forth with customer service via telephone, I came in-store. & what a huge difference it made.Kamani & his great customer service got me taken care of in less than 5 minutes. + he said if I ever need any further assistance or needs, to call the store. If I had the capability to physically kick myself in the a**, I would as this process was so much more easier. I definitely won't contact CS via telephone again & will pop in if needed.

This is for the store, not the service - which is Verizon based and excellent anyway. Went to transfer service from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile - completely clueless on how to setup new eSIM devices. Ended up spending 3 hours here, and I ended up walking them though the process. Yes, you read that right. I ended up setting up service, they were there just for access to the internal systems. Came back today to add my Apple Watch (Series 5, cellular) to my mobile plan - I kept getting stuck on step 3/4, attempting to activate the Watch's service yielded nothing.The store associates are completely clueless. First, they told me to reset my Watch, which wasn't needed, as you can just go through the Cellular section in the Watch app. They were insistent, though. So fine, reset the Watch - annoying of course. In the setup screen, the same exact prompt showed up that shows up when the Watch is fully paired, and the same issue occurred - this is after adding the IMEI in X-Store as well. Incompetent. The kicker is that their next step of triage was to try Googling the issue - I can do that at my home, thanks - it was at that point I left the store as sitting there any longer was simply pointless. Ended up leaving the store with a Watch at 5% battery that was unusable, stuck on the Cellular setup screen. Unacceptable, and no apology, of course.

Wonderful experience! We took a chance coming here on a Friday evening around 6pm. Hubby and I needed to upgrade our phones and decided to drive to another part of town in hopes that they had iPhones in stock. They had everything! It wasn't packed at all. Our rep Darius was friendly and quick. We were in and out in less than an hour! This is our new store , we will drive.

Poor customer service on the 800#. The call center is joke...routed over to India. When they can't fix your problem they just disconnect then you have to go through the lengthy process all over again. Management hides from trying to fix issues. Avoid XFINITY overall their service is terrible and overpriced!!

Beware when bringing a phone you've purchased elsewhere (Apple) in order to upgrade an existing phone. I purchased an iPhone 13 pro from Apple and wanted to swap out my existing 11 Pro. I told the CSR the old phone was going back to Apple. After leaving the store I saw that a new number was assigned to the 11 Pro. Did not ask for this. 2 painful hours later with non-US based customer service, the error was corrected. I guess these guys have a quota they need to make.

I have been on this earth for 57 years and have dealt with thousands and thousands of companies over the years. Xfinity is by far the worst and most frustrating company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have Xfinity stores, but you can call them to see if what you need is in stock. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation does not allow customers to call their stores? What are they hiding? To make matters worse, the customer service rep sent me to the Xfinity store for a new receiver, that is 45 minutes away with traffic. When I get to the store, they inform me that they do not carry receivers. That could have been avoided by a phone call to the store to see if they had them in stock, but no, that would make sense. The next "support rep" said a receiver would be sent overnight. It was never ordered by the "support rep". She was just trying to get me off of the phone. I called back two day later when my receiver did not arrive, and got another rep. He ordered it for overnight delivery, and three days later, it still has not shipped. I am asking EVERYONE that is deciding on a TV platform to choose anyone but Xfinity. The poor service will continue if we allow it. Lets stop it here and now! I pay them more than $3,000.00 a year, and all I ask is that they hold up their end of the bargain. I see in 2017 that Xfinity was voted THE #1 most hated company in America. A title well earned. Congratulations, you must be soooo proud!!

When you see five stars here, please don't be fooled. Read first before you go charging ahead and loving all things Xfinity and Comcast. Please.My mother wanted to switch cable and cell providers because she was paying way too much for service, and since we're all on a joint plan, we all had to switch. She lives in the Chicagoland area, and I'm down here. Her cable switched, not an issue. Our three phones switched and all hell broke loose. She had issues. My father had issues. And since I was down here, I had about ten times the issues. Online reps sing one story, in store reps claim another, and never the twain shall meet. Like for serious.However, the staff at this store saw me for the better part of four days as we tried to get everything worked out. They busted their butts to help me out in every possible way. Antonio went to bat for me with seemingly everyone in the company over the phone to ensure I got what I needed. The manager in the store did the same. All they wanted to do was get my phone switched over, which seems relatively easy, except when the people in the support roles over the phone keep switching up how that can be done.The five stars is only for the staff and this location, and nothing else!
