Before you leave a bad review, please consider what the staff and pharmacists actually have control over versus what protocols CVS has that they simply have to follow. There is a male pharmacist that works here that has been particularly rude, unempathetic and terribly unprofessional. He is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Aside from him, I'm happy with this CVS.”

“Something about coming back to Eastman makes me always stop here at least once. Shorty's is one of those businesses that you think of when you remember being here. It's not the newest equipment but the staff are always friendly. If you come in the mid morning (around 10-11) they have great home cooked food for sale also.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
