The store was very dirty and unorganized, the manager was very rude to the employee that was trying to help me. I know the employee was new but it seemed very unprofessional for him to act the way he did towards the employee. The manager took over mostly and tried to scam me by saying I already had protection and nothing was going to change but when I got home and checked it was an additional 30 dollar charge that I didn’t have before and the personal hot spot has a 10 monthly charge that I did not want. He tried to rush through all of that thinking I wouldn’t care. I quickly had those charges removed. I will never ever go to that store again, I will drive 45 miles to the nearest store from now on. The floors were dirty and store was very unkept. I was so disappointed in the service.

Sean was very helpful! He went out of his way trying to fix a Verizon corporation issue. Spent a very long time speaking to them trying to get them to resolve it.
I greatly appreciate his time and patience. And I will come back to him, should I need anything phone related in the future.

Ordered new phone via internet with a pick up @Russell Cellular in Eastman. Called next day to inquire why I hadnt been notified to pick up phone and lady told me I would have to wait 2-3 days for it to arrive. They have phones like I ordered but wouldn't give me my phone. Their a joke! US a regular Verizon store in Dublin for pickup if you need immediate assistance in middle GA. If I was waiting on Mail I would of had the unit shipped to my home Just a joke! Dont waste your time or money.
