“I went up there this morning to get new windshield wiper blades for my car because the local AutoZone in Greensboro where I live, didn't have them. It started pouring the rain after I got in the store, and the manager was kind enough to go out in a raincoat and change them out for me. Took him only about 2 minutes. Then he was kind enough to walk me out to my car with a large cardboard box over my head so I wouldn't get wet. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what it is. So in the future, that's where I will go for whatever car stuff I need to get.”
“Ms. Darceenia is a jewel!! Polite, professional, extremely courteous. Ms. Darceenia assisted me with lifetime balance and rotation for our SUV, which Walmart's Madison Auto Care said I could not have without purchasing 4 new tires. Ms. Darceenia NEVER ONCE mentioned such garb as that. When i asked about lifetime balance she smiled and told me absolutely. Wrote up a work order and had us in & out in no time at all. Their shop, techs, and waiting area was spotless. Keep up the great work folks!!”

“First, we called and talked with a very courteous and thorough lady about our issue. She asked several questions and advised us someone would pull the battery out and install a new one.
Upon arrival at the store, a technician clearly knew what to check in the engine compartment to accurately access the issue; and, confirmed the battery needed to be replaced. The tech did so promptly and with an excellent attitude; and, explained everything clearly as he worked.”
