“Exceptional experience getting the storage set up over the phone. Always calls back if they don't answer. The staff are Always friendly and willing to help with anything. The storage location I have is in a good area and well kept up. They are cheaper than most other storage places. There is no fencing or gate code protecting the storage in eatonton but it's really not needed given the safe area and very well protected by security cameras. And storage units are locked even when not rented. Even when leaving from here I definitely have them as my storage again. I would definitely consider renting from here if you want cheaper price and safe location.”

“I honestly do not know where to begin. I started 2 months ago with wanting a building moved from one of my properties to another and Keith came out immediately and assess the situation and gave me a very reasonable price. To my surprise, the piece of property contracted the next day and was sold.
A week ago, I was the recipient of an estate sale storage building and I found myself running around in circles trying to locate Keith to see if he could help move the building from one location to another. I was very lucky and locating him and just by sending him the picture of the building he knew it was one of Southeastern buildings. I won't go into all of the details of what this man did to assist me but it was way beyond anything that would have been expected. It took him an entire day due to the circumstances at the estate sale and not one time was he negative or complaining. He simply dove right in told me he would handle everything and that's exactly what he did. If I ever have to do this again I know that Keith will be the person that I will contact immediately.”

I found Everyone to be very professional, courteous and helpful. I love the security feature that there is not 24hr access allowed. Prices are very reasonable and less than several others I looked into.
