They are quick to respond while doing their best in making my living experience top tier. My townhome feels spacious and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. The skyline views on the skydeck will be great for working from home or entertaining guest. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The property sits in a prime time location. Not too far away from the beltline, Ponce, Old 4th ward, piedmont, little 5 points. If you like being near what’s popping then this is definitely the spot to be. Get with Joshlynn. We started off on a rough patch, but even then, she never let her feelings get in the way of her professionalism. Connie and the rest of the team have made such a difference in this place. They’re all welcoming, warm, and make you feel like family the moment you walk in.

“I been having a wonderful experience here . I love that we were able to learn how to plant and grow correctly. I love the fact we can feed the goats and chickens. Mediation classes are awesome. The staff are great and really go above and beyond for you . I love the gym and also the soul space to have free space to think . Theirs always something to do here to get you involved in the community with yourself and children’s. One of my favorite events that recently passed was coffee and breakfast in the community that was sweet and thoughtful. The last thing I love it’s always ways to give and help others in our community. We have a giving table that comes in handy especially if you need items .”

“I’ve been living here at Cavalier 100 a few months and I’ve been nothing but satisfied, from the office staff to those that attended the grounds and of course the maintenance staff. They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable!
I’ve had a little trouble with something specific and they were quick to address the issue. Even work orders placed was taken care of promptly.
Today is one of the meet and greet events that the office holds, they provide food and drink. At today’s event we have Mexican and Margaritas, perfect as Cinco de Mayo just passed.

“Hello everyone. I need to take a moment of everyone's time that read reviews for Glen Hollow Apartments. I moved into the home 8/15/2026. And wow, the experience I have had I don't think Google will allow me to write in words. But now since there's new management and the supervisor by the name of Jay. Wow have things changed, I am a COPD patient with asthma. I have Not WORKING air condition since I have been here. Let me repeat the date that I moved in here August 15th 2025. My air conditioner never worked and I'm going to keep repeating. Never worked. Jay came right in and fixed it immediately. He is this new supervisor here and there is a whole new team. I do have to drop this comment in here. Without Jay fixing my air conditioning today, I'm 100% sure I would have been in the hospital once again for NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATHE which again includes no working air from August 15th 2025. Yes, I have to keep including the MOVE DATE IF August 15th 2025 simply because this has been a nightmare. My family and I are moving within the next 30 days and with that being said, believing and seeing how Jay works with his team Glen Hollow Apartments will be turnt around in no time. Jay, Mr. Fritz and his new fabtastic(my word Fabolous and Fantastic ?) team members ROCK! Did you guys hear me they are IT. If I could give Jay a 10 star I would. In fact I can right here. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. There is nothing being able to BREATHE AS WELL AS BE COOL!!!
