“Very nice quiet and safe apartments. Mangent and maintenance where awesome. The only thing I didn't like about the apartments were all the extra charges. Yout rent never the same every month. Example if your rent $1390 you end up paying something like $1580 or more a month. I think that is so unfair”

The skyline views on the skydeck will be great for working from home or entertaining guest. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The property sits in a prime time location. Not too far away from the beltline, Ponce, Old 4th ward, piedmont, little 5 points. If you like being near what’s popping then this is definitely the spot to be. Get with Joshlynn. “I visited last week and spoke with Taylor. She was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her during my tour. Loved the apartment, applied that night, moved in a few days later! There were a few small things that needed attention and the team was on it first thing Monday morning. I'm still waiting for my washer and dryer to be delivered, but things are going great and Im confident they'll be here ASAP. The grounds are well maintained and well lit at night. I had to get something out of my car tonight and there was a security officer making rounds in his vehicle. So far, so good, Fieldstone Glen!”

“I am officially unpacked and settled!
I moved into the Signal Apartments on 2/6/25! I love my apartment! Here is the timeline of events:
1/24/25, I arrived home to my old place in another state to find my entire apartment flooded from the roof-top pool collapsing!
1/25/25, contacted Signal and spoke to my agent Will, who was exceptionally pleasant, accommodating, and understanding regarding the stress and time-constraints I was under to pack up the few things that were salvageable and move! He sent me walk-throughs of a few units and matched me with the units that had all of my non-negotiables! I also applied same day!
- I applied after close of business on 1/25/25, so first thing Monday morning 1/27/25, I received a call stating was approved!
- I did not move in until 2/6/25 because I moved in from out of state and also had to work in the interim of packing, staying in a hotel for a few days, as well as fulfilling the logistics of scheduling a moving truck at the last minute!
- Upon arrival on 2/6/25, I met Iona, and she was so sweet and welcoming! Will was off on the date of my arrival!
- I toured my unit for the first time upon arrival and the walk-through that Will originally sent did no justice! My unit was better in person than the walk-through. My agent Will actually sent me a video of my actual unit and not the model version and I was grateful for this video! Yes, I did go from 1,000 sqft to 750 sqft, but everything here at The Signal is bigger, examples:
-My stackable washer and dryer are twice the size of my previous stackable in my previous state. My bathtub is twice the size of my previous bathtub and it's insanely deep!
-I had to trust the process with my King size bed and when I say, I needed that mustard seed faith; I passed the test, trusted the process and I was able to fit my bed into the room!
-I was also able to fit my king size bed, two- night stands and two dressers in my bedroom with just enough space to open the door to walk into the living room! Please see attached photo!
- Due to the number of items, I had, I did have to give a few things away, due to me not having a place to put the items!
-I love the stainless-steel equipment; I love the backsplash! I love the stove!
- I am not a big fan of the cheap white paint on the walls! But since I take care of my things, I'll be alright!
- Overall, 9/10 and I'll rent again! Thank you so much Signal for welcoming me with open arms! I am grateful, thank you, thank you, thank you so much!
