“I recently moved into the area and this Ave is conveniently right down the street. I’ve always been a Lowe’s and Home Depot guy, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was blown away. In this day and age, it’s so hard to find good customer service, let alone going above and beyond, and that’s exactly what you get from Coco and his team. I went there for parts on a DIY project and Coco ended up walking me through the entire project step by step. He has a lot of patience and was very professional and informative. They have a loyal customer for life with me!”

“I returned my Eco 20 inch power chain saw in 2024. I am sure it works good, but as an older shopper, it was too much for me to get it to start each time I tried to use it.
Unfortunately I MISSED THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR POWER TOOLS, AND HAD TO WORK WITH ECHO repair department and if more problems, turn to my Allstate &75.00
3- year extended warranty, for repairs.
When I returned it TJ, Richard and Dominick helped explain how the chain saw should be started step by step and when returning it, to make certain bring it to Home Depot 's Tool shops, and have the gas removed before trying to return it to the Customer Service Counter in the store after the 30 day return policy lapses.
I will make sure to read, and ask carefully the RULES for return of ALL products to Home Depot in the future. Keeping my receipts has been a blessing for me. It shows how I document EVERYTHING I PURCHASE AND BUY FROM HOME DEPOT, to make sure I can get everything that is with in my right, if I ever have a problem!”

Recently, I purchased a dryer there and worked with an outstanding Appliance Specialist, Mr. Rupesh Soni, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and resourceful. “I placed an order, very reasonably priced product. Was notified it had shipped and would require a signature to be delivered. Jumped through all the hoops for UPS to leave it without me being at home. UPS left a sticky note saying they couldn't leave it without someone to sign. Called GA, spoke to a nice gentleman who explained that they do required signature to cover badly handled packages. He said they would reach out to UPS to help make sure my box got delivered, and it did with no further delays a couple hours later. Will order from them in the future, exceptional customer service.”
“Not only did they have a part we couldn't find ANYWHERE else, Barry was extraordinarily pleasant and accommodating. Despite Google searches and practically begging auto part stores for any suggestions of where else to look, it was a fluke that we even found out this place exists, despite it being a large warehouse and sales facility for commercial quality industrial equipment, parts and supplies. We were bowled over! This amazing resource may be the best kept secret in the Atlanta area and for no good reason. Spread the word!”

“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”

“My last visit here was so positive, and I think that's been the case with my most recent visits. Everyone seemed eager to help me, and Ms. Kelly was outstanding! She waiting on the phone with another store for 5 - 7 minutes just to verify whether they had a specific grass seed I was looking for before I wasted a trip to the other store. I didn't even ask her to call, she volunteered on her own. Other associates checked on my husband and I throughout this store visit, and helped us fine products. During our renovations I spend a fair amount of time in Home Depot stores, and I've been to the Jonesboro store several times. I think this store is really improving with its level of customer service.”
