“Ms. Marsha and her team at the UPS in Ellenwood always takes care of me. There have been times where she's had a crazy line of people waiting, and her ability to multi-task and get everyone processed and out of the store in a timely manner never seizes to amaze me. My family has never had any issues at this store and even when I may have had the incorrect address or information, they always work with you to ensure everything is correct beforehand. Can't say enough about the team and their excellent customer service.”
