“I went in to see what was wrong with my speaker phone on my pixel 6 pro. The agent took the phone, blew out any dust, but to no avail. Then I realized that while I bought the phone as a Verizon customer, I had since changed to TMobile. I told him that and he continued to honestly discuss the pros and cons of each carrier, the impact my mountain home would have on service for each carrier, etc. I walked away considering all he told me and am still looking at going back to Verizon. This agent was truly a customer advocate and a great ambassador for Verizon”
