I will literally drive by four other Dollar Tree locations to shop this particular one. Staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond if an inquiry is necessary. “Called this location looking for a DVD player and was greeted by a friendly staff member who made sure they had what I needed in stocked. Came into the store and was greeted by Tonya who showed us around the store for DVDs to play for our family this holiday weekend. She even took time to help my daughter find a cool little toy. “This store is very clean. The staff is outstanding with knowledge of helping me shop easier. I stopped buying ice cream at Publix. Because the ice cream at this store is more than half off the price of a regular grocery store. Enjoyed finding knickknacks for my new home. Even helped with my groceries to the car. “This Dollar General store is the best in Cartersville GA. Almost every time I go to this store I am greeted by Cheyenne. She is so friendly and amazing. She knows the store inside and out. Today I asked her if she's a manager. She told me no. She definitely needs to be the manager of this store. Customers love her. She brightens up the store and makes customers feel welcome. I've watched her interact with customers several times. She's patient, caring, helpful, and understanding. Dollar General store is so blessed to have Cheyenne as their employee and her smile and positive attitude blessed me every time see her☺️.”

“The store is kept generally clean and stock is regularly replaced. There is a wide variety compared to other DGs in surrounding towns most likely because it is a newer model store. Only 4 stars because sometimes the 2 checkouts are only manned by 1 clerk and the lines can back into the isles with short shopping runs turning into waiting for the Cyclone at Six-Flags.”

“The young lady working Friday, Nov 10th, was super nice. Unfortunately, that is hard to find in any customer service reps these days. It was closing time, and she indicated she'd been there all day. Yet, she still took the time to make conversation. She needs a vacation, a raise, and some additional employees in that store. Sorry, I didn't catch her name. The 5 stars are hers solely.”
