“I had a wonderful experience at GameStop (Evans, Ga) thanks to Darrion. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about which Pokemon ETB to purchase as a gift, and he took the time to explain different sets including the latest releases and future releases.
What impressed me the most was his genuine enthusiasm for Gamestop products and his ability to connect with customers. He made me feel valued and ensured I walked away with exactly what I needed.
It’s rare to find customer service this outstanding, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to this store, and I hope Darrion gets the recognition he deserves for his hard work!”

“We were advised to go down town to dead media collectibles from other collectors, so we did. First thing, you will notice that it is a very small location, but that would be of no concern moving forward as they have something for everyone and key element is the owners are working in the store. They communicate with their customers and involve themselves. It was one of the top three toy shops I have ever attended by far!”

“A kind employee at the Augusta Mall Build-A-Bear store, on 1/25, personally delivered a dinosaur to our child who is at the AU Children's Hospital during their lunch break. This thoughtful gesture was made after my parents in Iowa contacted the store for assistance with an online order. “Yes I recommend boxLunch because they have novelties that you really can't find anymore or anywhere else. They have purses, wallets, T-shirts, toys and other stuff. Not necessarily for children, it's for everyone. It's kinda expensive though. The staff are friendly and I surely recommend”
“I was at the Washington rd location looking at select items and came in to inquire about the gaming consoles in stock as well as pricing and one of the employees by name of Mr.Keenan provided me great customer service and was able to answer all of the questions I had. Great store and staff are all helpful and nice.”
“I went into the new Five Below on Robert C Daniel this morning. It's such a great store. So glad I don't have to go all the way to Evans. The store us clean and lively, and fun! The young lady at the door who was handing out Five below bags and $10 gift cards was so nice and welcoming. I am soo happy that the store is here on my side of town. “Came in today around. 12:30 12 ish and Mrs Elsa was so helpful and kind when I came in with my two little girls and picking the best teddy bear putting huge smiles on my little ones faces I always have amazing experience when I come in Definatly have many return visits when we visit the mall and bring my niece and nephew on our next time at the mall”
