“Dairrion is the man! I just bought a brand new ps5 slim model and when I got it home it would not give any hdmi signal. I tried different tvs and different hdmi cords too. Nothing was working. I took everything back up to the store hoping they might be able to help troubleshoot. Well unfortunately their console diagnosis machine was completely out of order at the time. But Dairrion listened and believed me and did a swap for me, so I ended up leaving with a different brand new ps5 slim. This one worked right away when I got home. I really appreciated how understanding he was and that he was willing to immediately help me out. 5 stars for him. Im still a little miffed about Sony's console quality, but then again there is a possibility I was doing something wrong with it but we weren't able to figure that out since he couldn't do a diagnosis. Either way, he got me right as rain in no time and im a happy owner of a new ps5 slim.”

“Absolutely wonderful little store for those like me who collect somewhat niche collectibles such as toys and media from the 70s-90's..and there is a very good selection of various items to look at..I would definitely recommend stopping by Dead Media it really is a blast from the past!! There also is some modern items mixed in as well..its not all vintage but you'd be hard pressed to find a store in our area with thee amount Dead Media has!!”

“We stopped here for a short break on a road trip. The staff was very friendly, although maybe too passionate..? They were just a bit loud and it took about 45 minutes, in and out. There was only one person in front of us too. Other than that, it was very clean and the staff was helpful.
We paid $55 dollars for two bears, one with a sound and a scent.”

“Ollie's is a cool store. If you like to find some discounted items that have been discontinued from the major brand stores, this is the place to go. I have found some treasures in here, so don't underestimate this store. Note: they didn't do any renovations when Toys R Us left the building, so the floors and even the bathrooms are dilapidated.”
