“I just want to recognize the excellent service provided by the guys at Jiffy Lube in Grovetown, particularly James. I installed new rotors and brake pads on my car during the weekend but for some reason the brakes were grinding and making noises. James quickly identified the issue, made a diagnosis and repaired the problem. Apparently I needed new hardware to hold the brake pads. It took him less than an hour to complete the service. He also bled, flushed, and replaced the brake fluid. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable during the whole process. It is pretty impressive to see a technician working on cars with a clean uniform, that means he knows what he is doing. Thanks again for the great service.”
“Recommend Robbie’s from a friend after using a lot of shops around these guys seem to be a good old fashion mechanic shop that i feel you can trust and easily communicated to me when they found some issues a other shop failed to and even showed it to me underneath the truck while on the lift and gave me a couple options as to fix”

“I stopped in for and oil change and was taken care of right away,the young ladies there in the office area were very helpful.I was told that I had a oil leak and needed a gasket,she took the time to look up the part that needed the gasket and showed me were it was on my truck,then set it up so that I could get it repaired at there other store,I really appreciated what she did and just want to say thank you so much”

We did not move forward with the transmission fix because the cost was unjustified for a 10-year old car but they were very professional and helpful. “I own a moving company in Florida and had a job in Graniteville last min and needed 200 blankets I called 10 stores no one had them or didn’t answer. 20 mins later we get a call back from Sonia and Willie letting us know she has headed to multiple locations to pick up the blankets for us. On top of that our customer couldn’t fit them in their vehicle. So Willie drove them over for us! I deal with tons of truck rental and supply companies and by far they went above and beyond and with out them our job would have been a fail truck arrives at 7am to load! Thanks guys”
