She offered a few recommendations & even settled my distrust due to other shops by showing me exactly where I had no anti-freeze before asking me to pay for more than what I asked when just coming into the shop for an oil change AND informed me of a benefit as a jiffy customer, the top off oil before 3k miles which I never knew before. Very beneficial as she burns oil faster than usual.”
