She offered a few recommendations & even settled my distrust due to other shops by showing me exactly where I had no anti-freeze before asking me to pay for more than what I asked when just coming into the shop for an oil change AND informed me of a benefit as a jiffy customer, the top off oil before 3k miles which I never knew before. “I own a moving company in Florida and had a job in Graniteville last min and needed 200 blankets I called 10 stores no one had them or didn’t answer. 20 mins later we get a call back from Sonia and Willie letting us know she has headed to multiple locations to pick up the blankets for us. On top of that our customer couldn’t fit them in their vehicle. So Willie drove them over for us!
