I had been to one three times and when I asked why they were not adjusting what their machine said needed adjustment, they said that they cannot do that. “I own a moving company in Florida and had a job in Graniteville last min and needed 200 blankets I called 10 stores no one had them or didn’t answer. 20 mins later we get a call back from Sonia and Willie letting us know she has headed to multiple locations to pick up the blankets for us. On top of that our customer couldn’t fit them in their vehicle. So Willie drove them over for us! Their system is outstanding, providing real time updates and video links so you can actually see inspections being performed on your vehicle. I never had to call once for a status update.
The facility itself is just as impressive, clean, organized, and hazard free inside and out. The pricing was more than fair for the exceptional level of service provided.
