“My wife and I purchased a 2024 BMW X5 and our salesman was Mr Paton Clark. Paton was great. Although in his early 20s, Paton was very knowledgeable in the BMW brand. He was pleasant to work with and did not pressure us into adding options outside of what we had already chosen. The process was a little over a month from start to finish and Paton was always available to answer all my questions. He even answered my calls on his day off and I could hear his sweet little girl in the background.? I wanted a ribbon on the vehicle when we picked it for my wife and Paton made it happen! To start, the ad was detailed with good pictures that didn't try to hide anything. When I contacted them for more information, the salesperson (Denton) quickly got back to me with a signed pricing sheet without any out-of-left-field markups. I got a fair and upper end appraisal of my trade in. When I showed up, the vehicle was as advertised, and Denton had all the paperwork ready for me. There wasn't any pressure in Finance to tack things on. Denton was beyond kind and helpful, and the manager (Mr. Nash) was much the same. I was in and out in about an hour with a smile on my face. “Had my truck towed into Cushmans a few days after my accident and two months later I’m driving my truck again, looks and feels new again. Couldn’t be happier. We take all our vehicles here if need be and we’ve never had a bad experience. Only thing that could be a little better is communication. They might not call you on Tuesdays and Thursdays like they say. You can always call them and they will still give you updates.
