Their system is outstanding, providing real time updates and video links so you can actually see inspections being performed on your vehicle. I never had to call once for a status update.
The facility itself is just as impressive, clean, organized, and hazard free inside and out. The pricing was more than fair for the exceptional level of service provided.
I dropped my car off right before work, and it was ready before my day ended. That level of efficiency is rare. I felt immediate trust and comfort here, which is not something I say often, especially as a foreign car owner.

“I came in the morning and they said they could see me in the afternoon. When I came back later the customer service was awesome. They inspected my tires and found a small leak around the valve stem. The Technician made the repair quickly. Inwas back on the road in no time.

“The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because the up charge on the cabin air filter that needs no tools to replace. This is a $12 part and I was charged $50 to replace it. It is about as difficult to change the batteries in your remote as it is to replace the cabin air filter. Of course the price was never disclosed until after the services were rendered. It’s absolutely ridiculous and arrogant for a business to up charge customers like that.
Today I simply went for an oil change and nothing else. Makynzi was the technician who worked on my car. She was professional and explained everything to me. I was happy with the service but an oil change is the only thing I’ll allow them to my car. I will say despite the business ripping me off on the cabin air filter Makynzi was amazing and I’ll return solely because of her professionalism and customer service.”
