I always have to deal with the automated systems go through them and nobody picked up the phone. I should be able to get in contact with the front office staff without having to personally go into the office. I work during our office hours, so I can never go in the office.Me and my wife went up here looking for a place to live and spoke with Ms.Shanquita Grant And she was so incredibly helpful explaining everything to us and even help us get the information we needed to apply i really appreciate her caring and helping us in our situation. “I’m a resident and have been for the past almost 4 years now. The community is a great place to live. I appreciate the quick response to maintenance requests which is typically the same day if it’s put in early enough. The grounds are well maintained and well lit which I absolutely love. The unit’s air filters are changed and pest control is done regularly. I've seen inoperable cars tagged and removed several times so parking for my building is adequate with no complaints. I couldn’t ask for a better staff, they are always friendly and helpful from the front desk to maintenance. I’m pleased to call this place home.”
