“My wife and I recently toured Cambridge Faire Apartments with Dakotah, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Dakotah was kind, patient, and professional. He was incredibly informative—so much so that he answered most of our questions before we even had the chance to ask. For the questions we did bring up, he took his time to give clear, thoughtful, and detailed answers.
We’ve been touring several apartment communities over the past couple of weeks, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. The property itself was very well maintained, clean, and offered great amenities, but it was Dakotah’s professionalism and genuine kindness that truly stood out.
We left feeling confident not only about moving forward with the application process but also about recommending Cambridge Faire to friends and family. Dakotah made the entire experience comfortable, informative, and welcoming—we can’t say enough good things about him and the community.”

“THIS IS HOME!!!!!! I love the near by shops and grocery store runs are easy. Get home and create an amazing dinner for my family, relax and enjoy an awesome movie. Very quiet community, with beautiful renovations and SPACIOUS 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments and only 5 minutes away from the Airport, making travel light and easy......no rush to board your plane with ease. I recommend The Commons at Camp Creek as a great and affordable/safe, place to call your forever Home!!! “I been staying out here for 6 years now and I can say Jameson, and Ms. Keshia are the best! Anytime I had any problems with my apartment they make sure things got fixed expeditiously. They stay doing things for community by doing party’s for the children, they recently did a back to school bash. I will recommend these apartments to make a home.”

“I have lived here at Union Landing for 8 months and I must say maintenance is the truth, When I have a issue they're always prompt with responding and I love that :) and lets talk about Will in the leasing office He is the BOMB!!!! He is ALWAYS a pleasure to talk to when you call the office. Keep it up the Awesome Union Landing!!!!”

Because I haven’t had any problems and I’ve been here 2 years now, my only thing is the kids laying out in the breezeway in front of my door.. other then that! I’m good here ? and no I don’t have roaches or rats in my apartment”

It's not what people actually say or think of this place. It's a place you can call home and with great leasing ,property management people in the office. They look out for everyone in the community, they do wonderful events for the residents. And by the way I live here as well and I love it”
