The other day, I returned to the store to pick up something else and was delighted to meet Rosita, the manager. It was a pleasure to be greeted by my name, which made me feel valued and important. Rosita’s professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for her customers are truly commendable. I find it hard to comprehend why anyone would ever give this store a negative review. Throughout my experiences, I have consistently received nothing but exceptional service.β

βMy time at the store was quite nice. Brian helped me go through all of my electronics and while I might not be happy with the fact that a lot of my things were not worth much he was still able to explain to me why and left me not feeling completely hopeless. I highly recommend this store if youβre trying to sell your old electronics.β

She helped me transfer all my data to a new device I received under warranty and made the entire process effortless. βI was almost overcharged for a phone by the Metro on Roosevelt Hwy in the Mayfield Plaza. I left there and went to this location and was able to get the same phone for $100 less. This location is my go to store!!β

βVery helpful!! We were traveling thru and my husbands sim card stopped working ? I had wish I had gotten her name but she did everything to get my husbands iPhone 12 working again and after getting an esim it finally worked. Very thankful for her !!β
βThe more I visit this store, the more it has become my favorite shopping place. They have a great grocery section, pharmacy, eye care (optometrist and eye wear selection). They now have 7 self check out registers plus usually 2 or more manned registers and a separate service desk, away from the registers now, the is so much better than the previous set up next to the check out lines. Very customer friendly store, which has 12 pick up parking slots and also in store pick up at Customer service desk. All their employees have been very helpful and friendly to me.

We came in to exchange the phone that my mother had because she was unable to see off the screen, even though the person that sold the phone to us was not there at the time, she went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of.
