“I went into the T-Mobile to ask for a copy of my phone bill the associate by the name of Alfonso not only gave me the phone bill but informed me that I was being charged for a phone that should no longer be on my account. By simply asking, accurate clear questions we were able to identify and resolve this the problem that I didn’t even know existed when I walked into the store. Alfonso was patient even waited on hold while we got in touch with a T-Mobile support to rectify the situation. Great customer service thank you very much!”
“I been shopping at Arron’s since 2024 I bought a most of my devices I need for school with then I shopped at their west waters location in Tampa they riverview location in Tampa and this Aaron’s to they have been very helpful to me and are the reason why I’m able to graduate school. The only issue is they say they have merchandise in stock on line that is in the store....But on more than one occasion I have went to the store and said item is not able to be located anywhere including back...Even when it says in stock on there handheld devices... I do not live near a Target so it's a little frustrating..”

The manager, Miss Nancy helped me fix a problem with my online pick up. everyone was very kind and willing to assist not it's just myself, but other customers as well. The cashier was greeting some people by name Which shows me an excellent level of customer service! I hadn't been here in a while but I will start coming back.”

“The more I visit this store, the more it has become my favorite shopping place. They have a great grocery section, pharmacy, eye care (optometrist and eye wear selection). They now have 7 self check out registers plus usually 2 or more manned registers and a separate service desk, away from the registers now, the is so much better than the previous set up next to the check out lines. Very customer friendly store, which has 12 pick up parking slots and also in store pick up at Customer service desk. All their employees have been very helpful and friendly to me.

I tried several things to try to fix it before heading to their store for assistance. Fushia fixed it, explained probably what happened and how to reset in the future. Although I didn't purchase from their store - she was helpful and patient. Would shop here in the future.”
