“Gwen took great care of my mother and I. We came in to exchange the phone that my mother had because she was unable to see off the screen, even though the person that sold the phone to us was not there at the time, she went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of. Shout out to her and please give her a raise!”

“I wanted to acknowledge the exceptional service I received from these individuals at the store. On my first visit, Destiny was incredibly patient and professional as she assisted me with my new upgrade. Her attentiveness and expertise made the process seamless. The other day, I returned to the store to pick up something else and was delighted to meet Rosita, the manager. It was a pleasure to be greeted by my name, which made me feel valued and important. Rosita’s professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for her customers are truly commendable. I find it hard to comprehend why anyone would ever give this store a negative review. Throughout my experiences, I have consistently received nothing but exceptional service.”

Brian helped me go through all of my electronics and while I might not be happy with the fact that a lot of my things were not worth much he was still able to explain to me why and left me not feeling completely hopeless.
