“It’s intimidating when you first get involved in a new hobby, but the folks here were incredibly helpful and patient with my million questions. You can tell they just enjoy amateur radio, and that attitude is so helpful when a complete novice like me walks in the door needing lots of help. This might be the only purpose-built ham radio store in Atlanta, but they don’t act like they have a monopoly on the market. They were just so welcoming and helpful the entire time”

I went into the Cricket store to find some way to charge my phone because I was stranded. Two of the most kind young ladies helped me. Alejandra and Ashley were my angels of the day. “Good customer service really does MATTER!!!! My elderly father always seems to break his little flip phone and normally when he does we go to the Metro Store right across the street from The Westend Mall. But on the last couple of times when his phone broke we went somewhere else. And if it didn’t seemed like we were getting overcharged the service rep just came off rude. This time though when he broke his phone we went back to The Metro Store across from The WestEnd Mall. Wow what a difference,….. the service Rep Taliah was so nice, courteous, and why did it seem like we got the same phone but for half the price Lol. Ms Taliah bought me up to dates on some gas savings and restaurant savings I can receive on my phone plan and I got a free Samsung Tablet for my father so he can listen to his music. Thank you so much Ms Taliah!!!! Best customer service in The WestEnd and ATL for SURE!!”

Neil and Marc are very knowledgeable about firearms and have always had an answer for any question I’ve had(and other customers) Quinn is the guy to go to for jewelry, always keeps an eye out for customers when a certain brand they’re looking for comes in. I went and picked up some Custom Designs FS-104 XL speaker stands after emailing back and forth on the exact specs. The steered me away from spending more on a custom plate for the stands and if that does not show customer service and honesty, I do not know what wood. The stands pair amazingly well with my speakers, definitely the right choice, thank you for all the advice and catching up on old Blighty.”
