“I cant say enough positive statements regarding HIFI Buys staff and support. I purchased a new Samsung TV and could not connect my SONY (purchased at HIFI BUYS) receiver to my TV to get audio from the receiver to my KEF speakers. I tried numerous times and hours trying to figure out what I am doing wrong!!! I couldn't get it to work!!! I called HIFI Buys and talked with OMRI WILLIAMS, he told me to bring my SONY in and they will take a look to see what's up. He mentioned they will take a look but I might need to leave it. When I arrived OMRI remembered my call and started talking with the staff to help me with my issue. Install Manager CHRIS LOWE starts troubleshooting my SONY. HE WAS AWESOME...It took a while to figure it out (I felt good not feeling like an idiot) but he solved the problem and I felt confident it would work when I got home. During the time we had to wait, OMRI was awesome making us feel at home with his friendly hospitality. What I found amazing, after a couple hours of my SONY needing a long system update (which I didn't even know it needed - thanks Chris) and the time Chris needed to troubleshoot...what was my charge? What an awesome place!!! NO CHARGE....WHAT??? NO CHARGE. WOW, where do you get service like that today??? HIFI BUYS, THAT'S WHERE!!! I am not saying you're issue will be like mine, but you know you can TRUST HIFI BUYS in what they are doing. THANK YOU HIFI BUYS...you have my loyal support!!! And yes, I got home and am enjoying my new TV with my SONY and KEF speakers....THANK YOU HIFI BUYS...CHRIS and OMRI!!! And of course I bought a nice lunch for Chris!!!”

We went to the Old National location and Carla has us switched in less than 20 mins. The Riverdale reps were using the wrong info and just lost. Thank you Carla for being fast and knowledgeable.”

I'm new to the hobby same was full of dumb questions and they were unphased answering my questions, making recommendations, and referring me to the people who could answer questions they could not. Put that together with the great prices they had on the radios I bought from them and I will definitely be back. I can attest personally that it can be intimidating to walk into a HAM shop when you are new to the hobby. Don't let that stop you though these guys are great!”

“Paul and Alex!! Thank you so much for making a stressful situation better. I'm in town for the holidays and of course destroyed my phone lol. Immediately I was acknowledged as soon as I stepped into the store. Friendly smiles greeted me initially Alex had been helping but Paul swooped right in and took over. Three or four customers came in right after me. Small shop but great variety of phones. Lots of "Girly" phone cases which I often complain about not having access to. But they have pink, floral, intricate patterns, nature etc feminine designs. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend them.”

They really is some kind of electronics fixing master wizard working there because they had the magic touch. I personally park on the upper level to avoid being solicited by all the people hanging out in the parking lot of The Dump across the street. I hope they put a new store there, then maybe I'll feel safer parking on the lower level.”
