Neil and Marc are very knowledgeable about firearms and have always had an answer for any question I’ve had(and other customers) Quinn is the guy to go to for jewelry, always keeps an eye out for customers when a certain brand they’re looking for comes in. Definitely feels like the gold standard for the pawn shop experience you’d want to have.”
“Good customer service really does MATTER!!!! My elderly father always seems to break his little flip phone and normally when he does we go to the Metro Store right across the street from The Westend Mall. But on the last couple of times when his phone broke we went somewhere else. And if it didn’t seemed like we were getting overcharged the service rep just came off rude. This time though when he broke his phone we went back to The Metro Store across from The WestEnd Mall. Wow what a difference,….. the service Rep Taliah was so nice, courteous, and why did it seem like we got the same phone but for half the price Lol. Ms Taliah bought me up to dates on some gas savings and restaurant savings I can receive on my phone plan and I got a free Samsung Tablet for my father so he can listen to his music.
