“My truck went out on me in Fayetteville because of my starter then I had it towed to top quality for repairs I'm like this is my first time here and I kind of nervous the mechanics didn't waste no time they jumped right on it before I left the parking lot being that they were kinda busy I received a call 1st thing in the morning to let me know it was ready so far so good and I'm very pleased and happy with the work they did and I will return as a regular customer and recommend others again thanks guys”

“This is the perfect place in Tyrone to get tires, get your oil changed, your car tuned up. The owner does all the work himself. A idiot ran my daughter out of the road on 74 hwy at the BP and she hit the curb and busted 3 of her tires and bent one of the wheels, she could have been killed. This person didn't even stop to help her, they didn't know if she was hurt or not. Carma will get them.”
“Tyler and Jasmin work hard day in and day out. They all are understanding and provide great customer service to everyone. John is an excellent hard working topside technician as well! If you vibe with the crew on a positive level, pay attention while being guided into the bays, follow instructions given, communicate properly and have coupons or Groupon vouchers ready prior to entering and let the techs know, it makes a great difference on your experience. It’s a fast pace environment and you can expect a wait since they will mostly have cars wrapped around the building even when they’re fully staffed. You’re lucky if there’s less than a 30 minute wait. Best shop in the area! Highly recommend.”

I was informed that there were only two workers, and there would be a little wait, and I did not mind waiting. I was rude; I failed to give an appropriate evaluation to a gentleman that went above and beyond the call of his duty in serving me. While I can’t remember his name, he was so very pleasant. He added oil so that I could get to my next stop; gave me recommendations on where to get the job done that he couldn’t do.
He was so gracious and kind. I was in a comfortable atmosphere while I waited on my service.”
“I received really good service from this JL. I've used them for about four oil changes now. I would give them 4.5 if I could. I went for an oil change once and my car was even vacuumed and cleaner than what it was. Although only it happened once, I get the feeling that this is a service that should be done as a courtesy with an oil change, but I'm not sweatin' it.”
