There was a loud sound coming from my driver side which got worse and was scary to drive especially on the highway. At the they told me they had to ask the manager and he said ok. Thank you sir! “I must admit that I was in a fix the morning that I stopped to get an oil leak checked. I was worried about how I would get my car fixed..
I was rude; I failed to give an appropriate evaluation to a gentleman that went above and beyond the call of his duty in serving me. While I can’t remember his name, he was so very pleasant. He added oil so that I could get to my next stop; gave me recommendations on where to get the job done that he couldn’t do.
He was so gracious and kind. I was in a comfortable atmosphere while I waited on my service.”
