Christina Smith has been extremely helpful handling the process of filing our Power of Attorney for my mom since my dad passed. Very friendly and professional. And the staff did a good job assisting my sister in accessing the safety deposit box, verifying her documents, and providing any help needed in a friendly and professional manner.”

“I loathe anything to do with banking and finances as I always feel stupid. This was not the case with my experience at Chase with Stephanie. I went in to Chase to deposit some cash and had a very nice teller who helped me fill out the deposit form and didn’t make me feel dumb. I then said I wanted to speak to someone about credit cards and was told to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited less than 5 minutes and then I went to talk with Stephanie. She was extremely kind, very professional, and also very patient. She answered all of my financial questions without making me feel the least bit silly. I felt that she really had my best interest in mind. She was able to walk me through the approval process for a particular credit card and I ended up getting approved for it that day. I often feel like I’m being tricked when speaking with financial institutions, but this was not the case here. I will definitely be returning to this Chase and will not hesitate to make an appointment with Stephanie if I ever need a consultation.”
