“I don’t usually like leaving reviews, however I went to this location on Friday close to closing, I usually go to the one in the Glenda trace shopping mall but I was in the area at the time. At first I was intimidated by the size of the location, but there was a lot of signage throughout the building to help me find where I was going. The moment I walked in I was greeted and felt very welcomed. Hunter assisted me with my deposit and was extremely friendly. He was talking to me about getting a credit card, I told him I just turned 18 and probably wouldn’t get it. With that news he still was extremely kind and even talked to me about what I should do to build my credit and why getting it would be important for me. I think why I’m so happy and felt the need to leave the review was despite the branch closing for the day soon, I wasn’t rushed out and felt as if he cared.”
“This Wells Fargo Branch is the best ever ! Everyone here is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. When you walk in the door, you know you are going to be taken care of. Rosa, Janki, Mitch, and Sherri always greet us with a smile .Customer focused and they make you feel welcome and understood. Kudos team ! BEST BRANCH EVER !!! ( I tell Sherri that every time ) :P”

“I met with Randy James at the Braelinn branch today and he solved my problem in a matter of minutes. I was unable to access my Delta credit union online banking account. I had previously spoken to three different agents by telephone and none were able to assist me. I probably spent at least two hours talking to those folks. Randy is my hero! Ty!!”
