“At the time of pickup and return, LaShondera J. was warm, welcoming, and professional. She was friendly and attentive to my rental needs. She is truly an asset to your company. Thanks, Shon, and thank you, Enterprise, for a positive rental experience while my vehicle was being repaired at a nearby dealership.”
“Hilda at Avis Car Rental deserves recognition from corporate for the exceptional service she provided. After another Avis location failed to check my rental in appropriately, I arrived concerned that my reservation would not be honored. Hilda immediately took ownership of the situation and turned a frustrating experience into one where I felt completely supported and taken care of. She went above and beyond to secure a vehicle for my reservation, walked me through my options, and made sure I could use the benefits available through my Avis Preferred membership. She was also incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain Avis’s rates, special programs, and the best options for my situation. Hilda was professional, patient, resourceful, and genuinely caring. She did not just provide customer service. She created peace of mind when I needed it most. Avis is very fortunate to have an employee like Hilda representing the brand. Thank you, Hilda, for your stellar service and for making sure I left with a smooth, positive experience.”
“I needed a non-emergency transportation company to safely transport my wheelchair-bound husband to his appointments and to other events as needed. After a Google search, I found P & M Transportation. P & M is an excellent company which believes in providing excellent, reliable, and efficient customer service. From the first phone call, I detected efficiency, compassion and a good listening ear. I decided to book a trip. I could not have been more pleased! The driver arrived on time and was neat, clean, very friendly, professional, and extremely safety-conscious. He made sure that my husband and his chair were both secured and that each strap and buckle was engaged properly. The van was clean—inside and out and there were no disagreeable odors inside. The GPS system used was top of the line and helped the driver avoid and circumvent traffic snares, thus enabling us to get to our destination without having to spend time in stalled traffic. The first trip with P&M convinced me that I had found the right company for us. We have since used the services of this excellent company many times and will continue to do so as long as we have a need. I recommend this company without reservation.”
“Jeffrey helped me from start to finish. I was so distraught after my accident that I couldn’t think straight, and he practically held my hand through the entire process. He was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable. When I ran into insurance issues, he was just as patient and worked with me to make sure I could still get a rental, even though I had to pay out of pocket. Bottom line: Jeffrey deserves a raise, you hear me? He’s the kind of employee every company should strive to duplicate. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into one that I could actually navigate with confidence. 10/10. Highly recommend.”
