“First off I want to give a shout out to Luke . I came in July 31st and he told me everything I needed to get. I came back a month later to get it fixed and they had my whip fixed for me the very next day. I would recommend this shop over any place in the city . And when you come in make sure you speak to Luke .”

“This review is for Deon who was professional, polite & positive when assisting me getting a rental & his smiling demeanor unknowingly 'talked me off the ledge'. The store itself leaves a bit more to be desired as there were no associates in the facility full of customers for at least 10 minutes when I walked through the doors ~ thank you Deon.”

“The Union City Hertz location, is the top car rental location in the area. The customer service is great, and I have never had a bad experience in the years I have been dealing with them.”

“Every month I come here to have my rental renewed through the uber program and the staff are amazing. Patrice in particular is very helpful and great at her job. I recommend coming here to handle your Uber Hertz experience”
