During my last shopping trip, I accidentally grabbed the wrong product. Before checking out, I asked an employee where the correct one was, and they walked me directly to it. That extra effort saved me time and left a positive impression about the customer service.

Deli foods are good HOWEVER… the big sign clearly says Entree plus 2 sides $7.00. Not so. Just returned home. My entree was $7.99 plus 56 cent tax. The young cashier could not explain why. Can anyone?
