“During my last shopping trip, I accidentally grabbed the wrong product. Before checking out, I asked an employee where the correct one was, and they walked me directly to it. That extra effort saved me time and left a positive impression about the customer service.”

“Nourish + Bloom is one of my favorite places to visit. The staff is always friendly & makes you feel welcomed any time you visit. I usually order a Jamaican dish but today I tried a protein bowl & once again they did not miss. The portion size was perfect. The salmon & veggies were well seasoned and didn’t need any sauce. With that being said the jerk bbq sauce added another layer of flavor that I enjoyed.
I wish I could get this dish as a meal prep option because I would order this weekly. I can’t wait to try the other options. But for now, this is my favorite protein bowl?”
“This evening while shopping at Food Depot, I received excellent Customer Service from two young men at the store. They were so polished and professional. Thank you for your customer service. What a joy! It enhanced my shopping experience.”

“Great produce at a fraction of the price. You can find faster checkouts either. Bring your grocery bags or pay to buy bags. Be prepared to bag your own groceries too.”
“One of the best gas stations I’ve been to, you can save a little being a member, but the staff here is super nice and friendly. The location is easy to get to and is nice and clean, inside is too. The inside isn’t very big, so they don’t have a super big selection, but it has enough stuff. Highly recommend this location.”

“I had ordered a birthday cake for my twins and had a family member pick it up. Once I received it, it was initially wrong but after speaking with the store they didn't hesitate on making it right. They went way above and beyond to make my girls birthday a memorable one. I've shopped at this location for at least 10 years and they will always have my business especially after today.”
“The store has come a long way! The employees they have now are so friendly and hard working. You can tell between the manager and the employees that they have worked so hard to turn this store around and that they truly care about it now. I have been coming for a while and to see it go from where it was until now is just a beautiful thing.”
“Sabrina, is doing a fantastic job. Just left this morning; fully stocked shelves, organized, and cleanest floors they’ve ever had! Thanks for bringing her onboard!”
“Organized clean location. Although Walmart has just about everything this Walmart location this Fayette Pavilion has plenty of retail stores to shop. Huge stocked Supercenter.”
“I have been shopping here regularly since this location opened.
I have consistently found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
I have always found the place to be clean.
They seem to have the same staffing issues that most retail establishments do these days. There is often only one or two people on duty.
This particular location can be difficult to get in and out of due to the very steep grade of the drive leading into and out of the parking lot.”
“Michaela was wonderful ensuring the reduction of my meds when I haven’t taken it in three days . She was undeniably above and beyond helpful. Luke the pharmacist gentle caring and helpful as the rest of the group”
“I’ve frequented this Kroger for the past few years and I can honestly say, I have YET to have a bad experience. Jay and Akbar in the produce section are always pleasant and provide phenomenal customer service. Groceries are already high, so who wouldn’t at least desire a positive shopping experience? Great neighborhood grocery store❤”

“I'm surprised at all the negative comments. I've never had a problem that could not be fixed immediately. The staff is very friendly except for one particular cashier and i ignore her for not being raised properly. Otherwise, I'm happy with this pharmacy.”
“I commute to this location from Hampton because it’s very well stocked and clean. Today I spoke with 2 employees. I didn’t get the name of the lady guiding self-checkout today. She had blond braids and was there between 3-4pm. She was very kind. I had to go to customer service to ask a question about returning an item and Erin was very kind and helpful. Lovely guest service experience today. I will continue to support this location. Thank you to these ladies.”

“Publix is my go to place as well as my happy place. The smell of the fresh baked bread, cookies, and the smell of fried chicken? do it for me every time. The funny thing is that I don’t eat any of it?. Now, my family eats it all. Publix is the place!!!”
