“Darius and Keisha at UPS Old National Hwy at Ace Hardware in College Park, Georgia we're extremely kind and helpful. I forgot my glasses and Darius read everything to me. This store has an excellent staff from the greeter, to the notary I used, to the UPS Store attendants. I will use this store again, even though there's a store closer, just because they're so helpful and good at their jobs.”

“Amazing staff. They now know who I am and what PO box is mine and will go in the back and grab all my boxes for me. Their is one young guy oh I wish I knew his name. He jokes with me and he sometimes offers to take my boxes to the car for me if they are to big or are heavy. Definitely recommend them. I will be there 5 minutes early and they will let me in to get packages.”
“Employees are very friendly and they always have me in and out! The few times I've been i noticed that they don't do the scanning of the QR code for returning packages (like Amazon QR codes to return) but if you email them the postage they'll print it off for you for a small fee. Good business overall. I love going here when I want to be in and out.”
“This is the best shipment center ever, they are very professional, they really care about service and try to do impossible. I had a difficult situation with shipping to my country and they helped me to find a workaround. They can deliver with any operator. I recommend this place to all my friends. I choose them over any other place just because I appreciate this level of professionalism.”

She was kind considered helpful and she was multitasking. She served me and the customer behind me at the same time. While I was unlocking my debit card, she waited on the lady behind me ?????? I have nothing negative to say about this UPS store. I will keep coming to the store, because its closer to where I live,So I asked you to reconsider choosing this store and treat people with kindness. It will be returning back to you.??”
“I really believe something is going on when packages is going through UPS and they get to Morrow Georgia all of a sudden no movement for days and you never get your package. This is BS!”
