Hours of operation state open at 9am. I waited until 9:10 and still not open and its not the first time. Sunce you don't value my time, you've lost a customer.

The service is phenomenal from both James and the owner Jana Lord. I’ve been using this establishment for close to 14 years. Jana is always so friendly and goes the extra step to ensure a job well done.

Went in recently to ship a package. They quoted $115. That seemed too high so I tried the FedEx store instead. FedEx quoted me $60. I don't know how Pak Mail can charge 2x for the same service.
