“This review is solely based on my experience for a biometric screening. I scheduled the appointment online and received a confirmation email.
Upon entering the driveway there were signs to direct me to the correct entrance for Quest. Enter the Main entrance and take the elevator to the 2nd floor then make a right when exiting the elevator. It's easy to find and I appreciated the signs providing direction.
Upon entering the room I first noticed that it appeared to be clean and then I read the instructions on how to check-in. It was easy to use the kiosk. It was a short wait before I was called back.
The lab tech was pleasant and professional. It was a very easy process and I was in and out in no time. It was a much better experience from the other lab company I visited last year in Riverdale.”
