He devours it the minute it hits his bowl, unlike the grocery store brand we used to give him. The Meal Mixers and the treats are also a hit. Equally important is the consistent outstanding customer service we always receive. A shout out to Destiny and Mel who initially introduced and educated me on Pet Wants food. We are very happy customers.

101 Pavilion Pkwy, FayettevilleI take my dog Charlie to get his nails done at the Petsmart groomers. He gets scared when he gets them done. The groomers there are so sweet to him. I adopted Charlie in December. I have always had a breed. This is the first time I have adopted. I always trained my pups so I could do their nails, bit Charlie is 5 and I don't have anyone to help me with him, so I turned to the Petsmart groomers. I am sure they get frustrated because he is very squirmy. But they handle him very gently. We have only been twice, so I hope Charlie gets a little better as he gets used to it. I give these folks high marks for patience and kindness. Charlie's nails look a lot better!

Coach Ken was absolutely amazing – so patient and gentle with my cat. He truly is the cat whisperer!The shop has an open floor plan, which allowed me to stay and watch while Coach Ken worked his magic. He took the time to explain his grooming methods, and I could see everything as he carefully tended to my cat. His expertise and genuine care made a world of difference.I highly recommend Fayette Pet Salon and Coach Ken. I only wish I had found this place sooner!Thank you again for taking such loving care of our baby!

When our sweet pup faced health issues too severe for surgery, the team compassionately guided us through our options, ensuring we understood every step to keep him comfortable. They were always understanding, addressing our concerns with patience and empathy. On multiple occasions, we had to rush our dog in, and Fayetteville Veterinary consistently made room for us, providing prompt and loving care. When we sadly lost our precious companion, their support continued to shine. We chose to bury him, as my wife couldn’t bear the idea of cremation, and the staff went above and beyond, providing us with a free cardboard casket that met our needs to lay our precious pup to rest. They also offered a complimentary paw print keepsake. When I asked about the cost for their services, I was stunned to hear there was no charge since he was already their patient. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect during such a difficult time left us deeply touched. Fayetteville Veterinary’s staff treated our pup like family, and their professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. If you’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and exceptional veterinary practice, look no further!
