My dog has behavioral issues and can be very anxious and difficult during grooming appointments, but they handled him with incredible patience, compassion, and professionalism. They took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable, never rushed the process, and treated him with genuine care.
It’s clear Ms. Stephanie and her staff have a special gift for working with dogs that need extra understanding and attention. By the end of the appointment, my furbaby looked amazing.
Finding someone you can trust with a dog that has challenges is priceless, and I’m so grateful we found them. Highly recommend to anyone with a nervous or reactive pup!

They also upload pictures of your dog so you can check in on them virtually while you're away . I also needed to extend while away and they accomodated me with ease. They gave him a bath and nice scarf.
