“As someone who had cancer 18 years ago, I have had my share of Pharmacy experiences. The pharmacy at Kroger at Banks Station is the only pharmacy that I have interacted with in those 18 years that has put patient care front and center. The staff is caring and prompt and I never feel that I am bothering them when I have a question or concern. Concerns are immediately resolved as possible. I am so thankful that we transferred our families's prescriptions to this pharmacy.”
“We've been coming here for a year. Staff always greets you when you enter and pharmacists are always friendly and efficient. We've had to go to other Walgreens on occasion because the pharmacy closes earlier here than at others, but it's not a typical problem for us. Thought I'd mention it for others who often need pickup after 6pm.”

The manager, Miss Nancy helped me fix a problem with my online pick up. everyone was very kind and willing to assist not it's just myself, but other customers as well. The cashier was greeting some people by name Which shows me an excellent level of customer service! I hadn't been here in a while but I will start coming back.”

“They take Medicaid here. Very cool nice ladies were so caring and sympathetic to me after I explained that I need my antibiotic immediately. They did not keep me waiting since I had to skip a dose the night before after the stupid pharmacy at the Wellstar Kennestone ER rejected my Medicaid when I needed my antibiotic very badly.”
