“On 10/21/23 I placed an order to have some old videos placed on a DVD on 11/1/23 I received an email saying that the order was cancelled and to come to the store to place the order again. When I got to the store the first young lady tried everything possible to locate the order she called Fuji films they said they didn't receive it and to call FedEx. FedEx states that they delivered it to an address in Norcross although it was supposed to be delivered to Greenwood S.C. now FedEx won't give me any info about my property because I don't know the wrong address where it was shipped. I know that lady Amanda put the wrong labels on my items. She was looking confused when she printed the label. But today she said the labels are pre- printed. I'm going back tomorrow someone needs to recover my property. I know people have a lot on their mind sometimes. I forget packages at the warehouse and sometimes leave something for a company at a different site. I can wait a few more days”

“I have had great experiences here. They even gave us 5-gallon jugs to use at the water dispenser for no cost. A couple of times I had to call and they answered or called back right away. They recalibrated while I was on the phone to make sure all was well. A couple of times, the water seemed to need a filter change. But, most times all was great. I wish more of the ice locations had the water as well.”

“This place has improved tremendously! I used to hate going here but it was the closest in our network for our provider at the time. Now I choose this place over my network’s preferred pharmacy. The staff seem to be in better spirits since converting from 24hr operations and the overall appearance of the store has improved. It could be more organized and better stocked but I typically don’t have an issue finding the items I need.”
“I realize that there are a lot of negative reviews, but our experience was fantastic. We used MD Live to get medicine for conjunctivitis before going out of the country and it was called in while we were on the phone with the doctor. Thirty minutes later I called to check the status of the prescription. The staff at CVS answered immediately and told me it was ready. We left to pick it up and not only were they friendly, they were quick. We were in the drive through three minutes. The gal at the window was smiling, friendly, and sweet on a Monday night at 10pm.”
