“I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store! I accidentally shipped an extremely important package by Ground when it needed to go Overnight. Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do, the owner went above and beyond. They personally drove to the UPS hub, located my package, brought it back, and changed the shipment to Overnight so it would arrive on time.
That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. They truly cared about helping me and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a great experience. “Just had a wonderful experience with Jina!!! She was so personable and kind. She had a long line but she was so patient, pleasant and perfect. She made sure everyone was in the correct line, she made sure she told everyone she would be right with them and she still had time to ensure her customer in front of her was not rushed. I've worked retail previously so I know retail is HARD but Jina makes it look so easy.
