“Just had a wonderful experience with Jina!!! She was so personable and kind. She had a long line but she was so patient, pleasant and perfect. She made sure everyone was in the correct line, she made sure she told everyone she would be right with them and she still had time to ensure her customer in front of her was not rushed. I've worked retail previously so I know retail is HARD but Jina makes it look so easy.

“I had an exceptionally wonderful experience with this UPS store! They were the only UPS store of the 3 in the area (this one and the PTC ones) that could execute on the printing needs I had, not to mention that all the staff here are beyond wonderful. I spoke to an incredibly sweet woman on the phone who helped me navigate the different paper options for my order - it pains me that I cannot remember her name! When I came into the store to confirm the paper types, Antoinette helped me and she was so knowledgeable, super efficient, and exceeded my expectations in terms of turnaround time! She called multiple times to ensure that everything was as I wanted it to be & I would definitely come back here. Not to mention, one of the times I came in, it was about 5-7 mins before closing and they got a rush of people - they were patient with each and every person . They treated each person like they were the only person in the store, which is so rare these days. This store knows how to do customer service!”
