“Excellent experience with Mr. Brad at CubeSmart Fayetteville I had a customer service concern that originated at the Cascade location, and Mr. Brad at the Fayetteville location stepped in and took care of it. He was focused on problem-solving from the start and made sure I was fully satisfied. It ended up being a true win-win for both CubeSmart and me as the customer. I feel lucky I was able to work with him—he went above and beyond and restored my confidence in the company. Highly recommend speaking with Mr. Brad if you need help.”

“Sasha, the manager at the Fayetteville SecurCare Self Storage facility, was on time (the sign on the door said return from lunch at 2pm and she was there), quick and efficient (she completed the unit paperwork and processing proficiently), very cheerful and personable (the conversation flowed pleasantly as she prepared the paperwork and she even made my husband and I laugh as we shelled out money for the unit). Sasha made our experience quite delightful. Highly recommend her management and this facility.”
