“The property manager, Ms. Octavia, and the assistant property manager, Keyerra, were both extremely helpful in getting my unit and payments set up. They demonstrated excellent customer service not only to me but also to other customers I observed them assisting. I asked several questions to ensure the unit met my needs, and they both displayed thorough knowledge of the storage unit policies. The staff is very polite, and the location is convenient to Tara and I-75. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.”
