They really are inefficient and have absolutely horrible customer service.

Came here to pick up a package, took literally an HOUR. There's no seating, only ONE chair, the staff was fairly rude, not to mention the entrance was nearly impossible to find. I pity you if you have to go here.

They won't answer the phone take my advice go there and pray they actually care to help, also make sure to spam the bell
