I didn’t know it was even here! The clerk was nice, no problems. ?”
“Was just looking on here to confirm their operating hours and noticed all the low scores. Although I don’t use the post office often, every time I go, I’ve never had an issue.
I’ve renewed passports at this location, shipped various packages and all the staff have always seemed helpful and friendly.
People need to remember to treat others how you would like to treated, and understand some things may be out of the employee’s control.”
“Worker (Alfred) went above and beyond his duties to ensure my postmark sensitive mail was retrieved and stamped on time.
Right after close of business, he personally shifted through recently deposited letters to make sure my item was postmarked on time!!!

“My actual name is Karen.(don't hold it against me)...I want to say Thank You So So Much to this specific post office! I filed a claim for lost mail yesterday March 6th 2024 around 11:00am. I got an email from Church Street saying they were on the case. By 9:00 p.m. The Same Day it was handled and on the way to them. It's on the way to me today, not 24 hours later! I just want to say thank you!”

“Clerk was extremely helpful. I needed to apply for a passport, but basically couldn't get it taken care of in that moment. Clerk wrote out the address for the probate office and gave me instructions to get it taken care of timely without having to rebook an appointment. Helped me cover ALL my bases to avoid further obstacles before sending on my way. Really great visit. Kudos to the staff at this USPS office!”
