I gave 1 start i wish i cN give 0 cause I'm dealing with a situation of overcharge on my bills(installment plans ) for a year I call xfinity a lot of time and go to the store a lot of time too ,and they always says everything it's fixed but it's not, I go to the store:stay there more than an hour and I go with nothing solve .how that is possible that kind of situation and doesnt have a solution in more than a year I'm loosing my time everytime I call and go to the store .so I'm asking the manager to contact me to gave Me a solution for this situation I'm dealing with xfinity!

Went with my parents. Today's visit went a lot better than the last time. Had to do a video call to get the billing mess straightened out.

No one there knows how to fix my issue after complaining about it for over a year. Xfinity stole money from me. They tell me to use the tech phone and the three times that I went, it was not working. And no way to call them to find out if it is working before I get there.
Update - Because I submitted a negative review, Xfinity reached out to me and asked me my issue and they resolved it within the next day.

Calling XFinity is a nightmare. No stars. Everytime I call I get different info. Agents have HARD TO UNDERSTAND foreign accents. Problems not resolved though I verify with them EXACTLY what they tell me to no avail.

Xfinity Rewards & Customer Service – Absolutely Meaningless
I am a Diamond Member with Xfinity, and my recent experience proves how meaningless their “rewards” program really is.
What should have been a simple free upgrade to Peacock turned into over two hours of frustration. The first hour was wasted with an AI “help widget” that couldn’t resolve anything. After being transferred from one rep to another, I finally reached a courteous human (Lora), only to be told I’d need to pay extra for Premium Plus to access the shows I was promised for free.
Then came the so-called “reward”: I was offered a free Apple Watch, supposedly the latest model. Instead, I received a discontinued Gen 2. When I tried to return it, I was told I’d have to pay a $35 restocking fee—for a product that was misrepresented and worthless compared to current models. Even the local store employee admitted, “The online reps lie all the time, and we have customers retell the same story.”
The local Xfinity store does not take returns, so I had to call Customer Support. When I attempted to contact and escalate to a supervisor, I was routed back into yet another AI help widget, stuck in the same endless loop. After 30 minutes of pleading for a supervisor, I was transferred again, held for 10 minutes, and then hung up on.
Bottom line: The rewards program is phony, disrespectful, and designed to upsell rather than appreciate loyalty. My journey felt like chatbot purgatory, and I will be switching providers and warning friends about this experience.

Wait time was less than 10min and the staff was very helpful. All the associates were actively working with customers and getting to people as quickly as possible

We got here at 6:20 and the store was locked, might as well switch the store hours to 6pm, wasted an hour to get here just to be told to they were closed. Fire the whole staff
