Quick, efficient, friendly, accurate service and no sales pushiness. Breath of fresh air. And the Minion Ts staff were wearing brought some additional whimsy and cuteness that added to friendly atmosphere. One of the better Xfinity stores I've been in.

In and out in minutes. Isabel helped me end my service quickly, no fuss, nothing. Fantastic. (no fault on Comcast, just moving to another state.)

Took my modem in to cancel service. No question asked WHY, no better DEAL offered, UNTIL I went with AT & T ! Then Xfinity wants to treat me, a 30 year customer, like a new customer & give me the deal ! ?
