They're always helpful when I've had issues that Xfinity customer service couldn't fix over the phone.

After 10 yrs a customer they told I was not eligible for an upgrade and wanted me to pay full price up front for a new phone. Why? They had no answer. I asked why I should stay with Xfinity. Salesman said I don't know. I went to Verizon. I am 90 yrs old. Maybe that's why.
