considering XFINITY has most of the clientele. I believe the pricing could be way better. I enjoy the service but the pricing kicks rocks and I think that they are robbing us blindly. There is no reason for the pricing that they maintain. And whatever you do do not connect your cell phone to your home service. You will regret it

Y’all just hire anyone. The internet has been down for 6+ hours. In todays world we need the internet to function with school, work, and more. How are y’all going to say that you will have the issue fixed by 10pm but it is currently 4am. Are you kidding me??? This is really ridiculous because we can’t get anything done around here and we can’t even enjoy our leisure time to do anything. It’s 4AM!!!

Xfinity has the worst service. A rep went to a senior home to get people to sign up. My 70 year old mother living off of SS signed up. Come to find out he lied about the price. She now pays more than she was with AT&T. She got internet, cable and a cell phone. The cell phone does not work half the time. Took it back to Xfinity and the guy said he never saw a phone act that way. Gave the phone back to her and told her to call Motorola. Motorola want her to mail the phone to them to fix it. She is 70 living by herself, on dialysis, can barley walk and has other health issues. She can not go without a phone. I called Xfinity myself and the guy told me to just give my her my phone or borrow a neighbor phone to give to my her while Motorola try to fix it. She tried to cancel them and they want to charge her $200. If just cancel the phone and cable but keep the internet then they will wave the $200 but she has to PAY for the phone. THE PHONE THAT DOES NOT WORK HALF THE TIME. She can't even take pictures with it. She needs the camera function for something she keeps track of with her dialysis. I believe that rep said anything to those senior to get service. Since Xfinity won't take of my mom problem, I don't know what to do. I guess the next step will be to see how many seniors there signed up and see if they have problems and wee all get together and get a lawyer. It should be against the law anyway for them to go to senior homes and take advantage of the elderly. She has only had them a few months and had problems with the phone from day one. They gave her a broken phone, refuse to do anything about it and now want her to pay for it. WOW!!!!! There is no Link to copy in your message same with the email. Just the work link is there. Kadijah and the team was really helpful, and quick! After an HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH customer service representatives over the phone from the silly 1-800 number, I wish I had the name of the team that helped us before going to this location, but they all really did a great job getting me and my sister out on a timely matter. I really dislike ?? the customer service rep over the phone they gave us the run around,and how hard it is to get them on the phone, but THIS LOCATION. Of professionals and the rep that told us to go there for the modem, they were like Polar opposite of the experience we had on the phone. The 1-800 number is a joke and make xfinity look like trash. Kadijah and this team made them look like two separate companies! Great location great team.

Do not use Xfinity, my bill kept going up until it was 234.00 for one month of Wi-Fi only. No customer service, even after I cancelled and was trying to pay my final bill. The people in this store were fine, it’s the company I have issues with.

This is so crazy when they ask you to move with them with a different company, you do it, you pay monthly payments, and a my son phone, it's locked, so when I'm calling to let them know can they unlocked, they said no, because I have too. Pay the whole price for them to unlocked. Never again go to xfinity

Had an appointment scheduled today, Saturday, April 1st, for a technician to service my internet, which is cutting in and out. The technician shows up, parks in front of my house for 20 minutes, then leaves. They never came to my door. When I called Xfinity, they didn't have anyone else to send and wanted to reschedule for a weekday appointment. Xfinity apparently isn't concerned with keeping appointments or customer satisfaction.

Excellent friendly professional service . The lady knew exactly how to get my number ported to my phone !My appointment was at 11am and I was headed to my car at 11.20 am with my phone fixed !Thank you so much for the great service !
