“I called Spicers after my car broke down on the side of the road and all my lights started blinking at me. The person over the phone was very polite and helped me get a tow truck out that took my car straight to them. The front desk lady, Tabitha, was extremely kind and helped calm me down and reassure me about the situation. (For clarification my car had broken down days before I was supposed to go on a big vacation and I was worried about cost and how to pick it up while I was so far out of town) she let me know that they can hold my car until I get back and they worked on getting me a extremely fair deal to fix my car. Honestly with so many lights coming on and it shutting down like that I really thought this was it for it but now she's running like a dream again thanks to everyone at spicers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new and trustworthy automotive place.”
“I have made purchases from this store on a few occasions. Always excellent service but today was particularly outstanding.
I thought I needed a bulb for my taillight but it would require a whole new taillight assembly for this model car. However, Carlos came outside, removed the taillight, adjusted it, replaced it and it works perfectly. I didn’t request that. He just took it upon himself to take a look at it. Definitely saved me a few hundred dollars.

Just finished helping me return fuses for the correct ones (she showed me the correct ones) then she looked in my car to see if my switch was bad for my brake light we tested it she saw that one brake light was working so that meant that that was not the problem so she checked the bulbs even though I reassured her that I had changed the bulb myself and the bulb fell out she put it in correctly and my car is now fixed and legal she went above and beyond customer service came out into the hot sun help me out I didn't even have to ask she's incredible give her a fat raise”

“I was very pleasantly surprised by this place.
I had to have a 2 piece OEM driveshaft rebalanced, after essentially making a hybrid out of two different driveshafts. I called probably 20 shops around the country, starting with the very most reputable, and nobody was able to do it. Many said they only work on their own company's shafts, many others didn't have the right flange to do it, some others only did low-speed balancing.
Somehow, Chattanooga Driveline Service had a high speed balancer, the correct adapters, and was happy to do it. Their price was reasonable, they communicated clearly, and it was done the next day.
I'm pleasantly surprised to say the car drives smooth as ever--no vibrations at all. Thank you!”
“We were traveling out of state when our sunroof shattered. We stopped by Advance Collison to hopefully get a solution to continue our trip. Unfortunately, being so exasperated, I didn't get the gentleman's name, but assume he was owner or manager. He explained there was no guaranteed delivery time line to get it repaired. This man was so nice and helpful! He took the frame apart and taped up the entire piece so glass wouldn't go anywhere, and he then put plastic and taped up roof so we could continue to our destination until we could get it fixed. He did this without charging even though we insisted. I don't know what we would have done without his kindness!!! My one regret is that we live too far to give him any future business. Any one debating about using this location should not worry and know what great people they are. Can't say enough good about them!!!”

“I bought a used transmission for 650$ to go in my 1986 c10 suburban last year in June or something idk but I just want to say that it's been driven for months now and I have had absolutely ZERO problems with it. I am very satisfied. Thank you guys! As you can see in the photos the fluid is still clean and bright red/pink. As it should be.
UPDATE as of Saturday, August 2nd 2025 the transmission is still operating smoothly and the fluid is still clean! No problems still. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
P.S.- I daily drive this thing. Sometimes hard and its still good. :) A+. Knock on wood though LMAO!”
