Every experience here has been same day fills on any of the medications. They always have them in stock. Mike is awesome and loves his job! You can tell he really cares about his patients that depend on him! 10/10 Recommend to anyone wanting to move pharmacies!!!!”

“I travel a very, very long way to use Brainerd Pharmacy. With a chronic health issue I've had to take prescribed medications for about 25 years. I've lived in 7 states and had to use many many different pharmacies. They ranged from good, OK, and then pull my hair out from frustration bad. For me, Brainerd Pharmacy has been the very best of ALL of them. They turn a necessary errand into a pleasant experience that makes it well worth the hour & 20 minute drive. I feel like I am valued, listened to, respected. Most of all they are sincerely dedicated to make sure that I receive the very highest standard of care. I enthusiastically recommend this Pharmacy whether you get regular monthly prescriptions or only when someone is sick.”

“I've been using this pharmacy for years. I've seen different staff members come and go. I can't say enough about Rachel and the staff at our pharmacy. I love that it small because they can attend to you without the long wait. They're very professional caring and kind at all times. I've been so please with each and everyone there. They take time with you when you have questions about over the counter items in the pharmacy and if they're out they will look them up and order it for you and it's usually there the next day. They always help with whatever I need wether it's medicine education or whatever they're always willing to help”

“St Elmo Pharmacy has the nicest staff! I live in Trenton and was trying to do my shopping locally to support my town. The Food City Pharmacy staff in Trenton was always so curt and short with me, as if I had no other choice but there to shop. I don't like having to be on meds either, the least they could do was to be nice, show a little care and kindness. So I moved my meds to St Elmo Food City Pharmacy. They really know how to treat a person like a real person.Thank you St Elmo Food City PharmacyAnd while I'm at it Shame on you Trenton Food City Pharmacy. You should work on your kindness skills. The store manager should be embarrassed. I feel sorry for your manager.”
“Any 1-star review here is due to the doctors’ negligence … The staff here consistently goes above and beyond - particularly Melissa. From calling my doctors, to ensuring I have the best medication price, to giving me counsel, and having my meds prepared for me as needed, the pharmacy has the best customer service of any non-independently owned pharmacy I have dealt with in any state I’ve lived in. I’m very thankful to find a pharmacy so close to home that cares about me as a person and not just a number.”

“I highly recommend this pharmacy. Nancy, Tom, and Kasia were so kind, knowledgeable, and very quick. Dr. Kadetz at Physicians Care prescribed me a medication that could actually make it more difficult to fight off my infection, and they caught it and explained their opinion to the Dr but she just rudely said "I know what I'm doing, trust me" and HUNG UP! I don't understand why a Dr wouldn't take a pharmacists' expertise into consideration or at least explain why she felt it was right, but she certainly did not. The team at the pharmacy didn't deserve to be treated like that, and now I'm left worried and wondering what to do. Thanks for trying to help, though. I love my normal pharmacy, but you guys were equally great and worlds above cvs and Walgreens!”

“These people are the sweetest. I really loved getting my needs here. I would still be getting them here, but they couldn't order a narcotic for me, so I had to transfer my needs to Chickamauga. I am going to suggest my husband get his filled here, though. They are good, God-fearing people, who aren't afraid to show their faith.
