“I travel a very, very long way to use Brainerd Pharmacy. With a chronic health issue I've had to take prescribed medications for about 25 years. I've lived in 7 states and had to use many many different pharmacies. They ranged from good, OK, and then pull my hair out from frustration bad. For me, Brainerd Pharmacy has been the very best of ALL of them. They turn a necessary errand into a pleasant experience that makes it well worth the hour & 20 minute drive. I feel like I am valued, listened to, respected. Most of all they are sincerely dedicated to make sure that I receive the very highest standard of care. “I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Rodney J. at Medrock Pharmacy! After dealing with what feels like a million customer service reps from other companies who couldn’t just shoot it to me straight, Rodney was seriously a breath of fresh air. He actually listened to me without interrupting ONCE, let me explain everything and genuinely took the time to understand my concerns. I think he even found me funny lol. 😂 I had two alerts regarding my prescription that I was concerned about and he took the time to clarify everything for me. The crazy part is that he’s not even in Tampa, Florida where my compounded prescription is being made! He’s in Tennessee and still went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on. And you’re telling me he’s only been with the company for THREE MONTHS?! Whether he has previous customer service experience or not, what he demonstrated today was SUPERIOR customer service and I really hope that doesn’t go unnoticed by management. I work in customer service myself, so I know the difference between someone just doing their job and someone who actually cares. Rodney absolutely deserves recognition for this. I would gladly call his office in Tennessee again if I needed anything, especially if I could speak with him! Thank you, Rodney J., from one customer service rep to another. “I've been using this pharmacy for years. I've seen different staff members come and go. I can't say enough about Rachel and the staff at our pharmacy. I love that it small because they can attend to you without the long wait. They're very professional caring and kind at all times. I've been so please with each and everyone there. They take time with you when you have questions about over the counter items in the pharmacy and if they're out they will look them up and order it for you and it's usually there the next day. They always help with whatever I need wether it's medicine education or whatever they're always willing to help”

“I switched to Publix Pharmacy at Village at Waterside a couple years ago. I grew tired of my old pharmacy filling prescriptions without my approval, calling once a week to ask if I needed anything refilled, and never picking up the phone. I understand most corporate pharmacies have to meet daily quotas, but it was getting ridiculous. This Publix pharmacy is always well-staffed, they fill orders in a reasonable amount of time, and will never bug you to meet corporate quotas. The two friendly pharmacists, Chris and Kelli, will remember who you are within a month, and are knowledgeable if you have any questions. It's inside a Publix, so you can do your daily grocery shopping before picking up a pharmacy order. Do be advised, you won't get a 2 foot roll of coupons along with your receipt like CVS. It's a small price to pay for this excellent pharmacy. I give this pharmacy my highest recommendation.”

The Food City Pharmacy staff in Trenton was always so curt and short with me, as if I had no other choice but there to shop. I don't like having to be on meds either, the least they could do was to be nice, show a little care and kindness. So I moved my meds to St Elmo Food City Pharmacy. “CVS in Target on Gunbarrel road, Chattanooga, TN is and has been always helpful to me. The Pharmacist there are caring, helpful, and attentive to your needs. They keep track of your medications, sending texts or emails (whatever is your preference) when medications are low or need another prescription from your provider. I started to switch to another pharmacy because they were closer to my location, and cheaper for some of my medications; but I did not receive the service that I did from CVS. Like some of my providers, they hold a place in my heart. Thank you for being a part of my medical family.”
