“As soon as I walked in, Cody made contact and helped me. They didn't have the exact spark plug I walked in with but he went to the back and pulled some other ones. Opened boxes, compared specs and measurements and had me taken care of in 10 minutes. Most people in a similar situation would have just said sorry, we can order it and come back in a couple days. He had me back to work so I get my stuff done. Very appreciated.”

“Nichols is simply the best! They completed my estimate and then notified me what all they would do to fix the dent in my hatch after getting rear ended. When discussing when I could drop it off, they told me up front they'd be closed for Christmas and New Years, but I could drop it off Monday January 5th and then get a ride to Enterprise. The whole time I called to get an update, they were honest with me and the work they did on my vehicle is immaculate. I loved that they kept in touch with the other driver's insurance for me and I did not have to deal with that myself. If I need any additional work done, I will not hesistate to use Nichols Body Shop again. Everyone I had contact with was personable and gave me accurate information. 100/10 stars.”
“Tried to get windshield wipers installed at AutoZone, but they wouldn't do the rear one. Mark at NAPA not only answered my phone call and all questions with helpful suggestions, but when the rear wiper didn't fit, he ordered me one from Amazon since the store didn't have the one I needed. He also kept me updated on the arrival and went above and beyond with his helpfulness. Really appreciate how I was treated”

“The good news is I survived hitting something on interstate. Bad news is the hit took out two tires and I needed to buy a complete set for for my Model 3 … but I didn’t die! ?
First visit to Discount Tire - the guys were great, pricing fair and the job was done well. Zach was ok too ? I’ve got road hazard now so I expect the next time I get taken out I’m covered.
