“Rainy day and my wipers were shot. Keeton saw me looking at wiper blades and offered to help. In just a few minutes we had the wipers at the register. After ringing me up he headed out into the drizzle and installed them without being asked. Great customer service! I will be back!”

“Nichols is simply the best! They completed my estimate and then notified me what all they would do to fix the dent in my hatch after getting rear ended. When discussing when I could drop it off, they told me up front they'd be closed for Christmas and New Years, but I could drop it off Monday January 5th and then get a ride to Enterprise. The whole time I called to get an update, they were honest with me and the work they did on my vehicle is immaculate. I loved that they kept in touch with the other driver's insurance for me and I did not have to deal with that myself. If I need any additional work done, I will not hesistate to use Nichols Body Shop again. Everyone I had contact with was personable and gave me accurate information. 100/10 stars.”
“I had a hole rub thru a steel brake line on my Jeep on my way home today. I stopped in and was helped by John. This kid literally helped me for hours. Couldn’t find any info on what I needed so it was all trial and error. After several attempts we finally found one that would work. After I installed it, he helped me bleed my system. Awesome guy!! “I took an oil pan plug into Advance Auto Parts 4022 Winder Hwy, Oakwood. A lady greeted me. I asked if she knew what she was doing. She said she did. LOL She looked at the plug and asked if it is an oil pan plug. I affirmed and told her I needed a gasket for it. She asked for the vehicle information and in a couple of minutes she handed me a replacement.
She did know what she was doing. If you need an auto part, ask for Sheena. She knows what she is doing. She is also pleasant to talk with.”

“The good news is I survived hitting something on interstate. Bad news is the hit took out two tires and I needed to buy a complete set for for my Model 3 … but I didn’t die! ?
First visit to Discount Tire - the guys were great, pricing fair and the job was done well. Zach was ok too ? I’ve got road hazard now so I expect the next time I get taken out I’m covered.
